Got to shoot some raptors in free flight at the ASDM - Wow! What an amazing experience! Also got to meet up with Ned there!

Mike, I pretty much agree with Scott, WOW. That is a very unique shot, congrats!

Eric; I always enjoy your images from Yosemite. These are especially nice considering they are analog. I really like the non-traditional perspective on Half Dome. Any chance you've taken some Half Dome photographs from AA's historic "diving board" perspective? I hear it is an arduous hike to that location?

Thanks guys!! If anyone has not been to the raptor free flight exhibit at the ASDM - it is a must do/required activity!! I can not wait to go back!

Eric, very nice share and thanks for reminding me...
I have a large box of slides that I shot in the early to mid 80's that I've not seen since then and really must scan.
They include a few boxes of Pt. Magu, Fallon and maybe El Toro airshows where I shot with a borrowed 500mm, manual focus, bazooka lens! I borrowed it from the UCSB yearbook/newspaper department - where I "earned" a whopping $5 per published photo!!
There should be a bunch of Blues, F-14's, F-4's, A-6's, A-4's, A-7's and even some SR-71's (doing full burner passes) shots in there!! And, maybe even the elusive and very rare Mig-28 as well!!

Sadly, now that I think about it, there was also a fatal AT-6/SNJ crash at Fallon during one of those airshows (RIP)... The Blues still flew that day with the wreckage smoldering on the inboard runway at show center...

Unidentified water fowl flying east over the Salt "River". Ned will find this photo laughable in terms of quality but I like the "pose".  Heavily cropped (always a good excuse).  Also hoping Ned will identify these noble beasts of the air.

Terrific images of the Ferrari Chris. You can't beat those Italian lines.

Recently Harvey and I were shooting at the guardrail at Luke. An instructor pilot from one of the Deer Valley flight schools stopped and talked with us for a few minutes. He was driving an AC Cobra. While it is a kit car, it was very nicely executed. Since I've always had a fond spot for these bad boys, I took a quick photo. It wasn't just a looker, it sounded terrific  ;D
