I'm really loving the curvy lines of the fan blades - okay, tweaked this one a bit to reduce the rather harsh highlights.

2nd shot is my 'inspired by Tom' effort, albeit just a handheld one.  Still, looks like it turned out okay.

What did they do - hand the keys to the 'valet' and go off and play golf?

How many images did you stitch together?

My pano is only two images.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Got lucky and bookended the size spectrum of the 747 line.  Boeing's 747-8F returned from a test flight this afternoon while Pratt & Whitney's 747SP (one of my white whales) flew two circuits on 30C.  Oh, and there were two Harriers in the pattern with them as well.

"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

So I was at the Kansas Aviation Museum with a friend and I happened to spot this:

Air Force Two - Which apparently is a frequent visitor to McConnell.

I though that 28000 and 29000 were AF1, And the VP got an "old" 67 or 57 to fly around in?
"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Well, its is 29000 and by Air Force Two I meant the back up to air force one.

Matt Ottosen

Air Force One is actually just a call sign for any Air Force aircraft carrying the President, it's not actually the name of any aircraft.  I'm sure everyone here already knew this, but I thought I would just throw it out there.
