Much like Ned, I capture birds in the wild.

My first week shooting for Scuderia, and we get shit weather. But there were plenty of cool cars.

The scoop on this Senna was a mess. I asked the owner if he minded if I cleaned off the dirt and pebbles for the shot. He said "Sure, it's just a car".   :o

There were a few GTs there.

Owner of the red one says he can't wait to also get a new one. Must be nice.

All these shots are in low light, on a tripod, shooting ISO 100 with a flash. I'm honestly very green in this sort of lighting. I'm tossing on the polarizer next time (Fountain Hills, next weekend), and we shall see if that improves some of the reflections and such.

Very cool Scott, wish I was in town on weekends, except Sunday afternoons, I would go check it out.  Take it with you doing this you did not make to the Nitro Warm up at Wild Horse.  I just sent in my credential request for the national event.

Yeah, a Senna. And I I had the honor of cleaning out all the pebbles built up in the front dam.

I called weeks in advance, asking what the date was. They didn't know yet. I asked that when they find out, to call me. Nobody ever called. Then I see Jay post about hearing the cars on a Thursday. I was pissed off.

Need a lackey to carry your gear for the upcoming race?  ;D

Ned, your recent shots of the Bald Eagles have been outstanding.  I have been enjoying them immensely.

It seems that since I have committed to my pursuit of becoming a stand up comedian the frequency of my camera being pointed at a flying object with wings has dwindled.  I still try and shoot as often as I can (which isn't often enough), but it is usually street photography or whatever adventure I am on.  Below you will find three recent frames from my epic adventure to San Francisco.

You lucky SOB, Ross. You got to see the Golden Gate sans fog/clouds and grabbed some gorgeous shots of her! I've never been that fortunate... One day, I hope!

Very nice set from SF Ross, it's not quantity, it's quality. And your quality is on the rise. I hope the same for your new career goals!

All great stuff, but that last shot is WHOOOAAAAAMYGOSHGOOD.

Brian,

I have been to San Francisco quite a few times and not once have I ever met or seen Karl while I've been there.  This most recent trip it rained the entire time I was there (a week).  Got a few hours here and there sans rain.  Inclement weather forces me to think further outside the box than I already do.  Let mother nature set the tone and go out and capture it.

Thanks for the Kudos.
