"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Most kids have stories of what they do when they go to Gramps' place for the summer but I think this girl has got 'em all topped. Old Nick, a 1908 Marshall no. 49725 at the 40th annual Weeting Steam Rally and Country Festival held at Fengate Farm, Weeting, Norfolk, England.

Captive bird?  I think I see a tether on the leg.  If so where was this?

If you go on the right day there's a VERY nice lady named Linda who helps out and just happens to be married to our resident AzAP bird expert.  ;D

Chris: You are correct. Linda volunteers on Monday's at the Desert Museum. I like shooting there, espcially the Raptor Free Flight shows. They  just started up recently for the winter season. They have a 10:00 show with a viariety of raptors and a 2:00 show with a family group of Harris's Hawks. I always get there when they open and walk around shooting "targets of opportunity" prior to the first Raptor Free Flight show.
