Very Low ISO + Small-ish Aperture + Possibly Some Neutral Density + Tripod + Shutter Release

That is very cool James.
I've been waiting for some decent lightning to happen in the East Valley, so I can try some ideas I have for Lightning shots, but we haven't had many good lightning shows this year.

Thanks guys, actually this was an experiment that went right for a change. Normal lightning shot setup (for me): tripod, shutter release, 15mm fish eye, ISO100/f5/30 seconds, etc. In post I stacked them like I do my star trail images. This was about the third try and I cherry-picked 27 images to be used from 80-ish keepers.

Crammed an hour lightning storm into one image. Colors are from areas devoid of rain and lit by lightning strikes, note the downburst in the center.

Very nice!!!

Out and about Boston Harbor and went for some panning boat shots

This one I feel like I was off just a little bit from getting the perfect pan

Pretty strong effort there Mitchell...!

So, I saw this ad in a magazine that said "Draw this Pirate and you could have a future in the Art Industry..."  I tried but all I came up with was this:

Guess I failed miserably, huh?
