STRETCHING FOR THE FINISH LINE
This one's dynamic! What focal length did you use? Looks pretty wide.

Thank you Scott. I shot that with my 24-70L on my 5D3. With the full frame sensor, the 24mm gets very wide.

Anna, these are outstanding, I didn't know if anyone was going to bother with the arrival due to the time of day. You really nailed these, great job.

Thank you gentlemen....

Almost did not go out.  Was a hectic day at the office.  I am glad I changed my mind.   ;D

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

^^^ I understand what you mean about the fence Dave, but I still like the composition. I might pull the upper left frame corner in just a tad, but I like AF1 off center and in the bottom 2/3 of the photograph. All that grey overcast (i.e. blank space) above and left of AF1 creates an interesting touch to the overall image. I would argue that the fence adds a "street" feel and is an important element.

I'll gang up multiple comments here. First off, Anna, great job. Turned out well after all.  Matt, good solid shot. Location panned out. Better clouds that what I got.  Dave, dittos on everything Jeff said.
