Hey Nick, good to see you posting here my fine young friend. The monochrome image of the MD-83 is absolutely terrific.

Thank you everyone for the kind welcomes! And Mr. Welker, you are far too kind!

Dug up a few more PHX images which I thought were fun!

Nice work Paul. Looks like your braving the cold was worth it  ;)

Thanks Scott. You are a low light slow shutter speed panning whiz with that 300L glass. What was that again, 1/15th?  ;D

Thanks Jeff! It was 1/40 sec. combined with some luck. Really like your "searching" shot.  Anna, your 747 shot is top notch as well. I need to return with something wider than 70mm!

I had great fun shooting with Anna, Scott and Matt yesterday. Challenging each other to capture some magic as the light fads into night is always a good time and occasionally I stubble onto a decent image.

Thanks Jeff, Well worth it. It was also a test run for Tuesday as I need to make a few changes like dress in layers. BBBRRRRRRR cold.
Also I love the USAIR landing photo. Some thing I could see them using.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.
