^^^^ I concur with Bill, very nice catch on the Sherpa Ned. This is one of two Sherpas that Scott Youmans and I have photographed the past two weekends at Coolidge - http://azaerophoto.com/forum/index.php?topic=18.msg61926#msg61926. The FAA registry shows it is owned by the "Law Enforcement Support Office" in Battle Creek, Michigan. It has a decal on the side (below the cockpit window) saying is an asset used by the Richland County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina and last Saturday German special forces were jumping out of it at Coolidge. Go figure ???

It is operated by Win Win Aviation of DeKalb IL obtained by a trade along with another Sherpa with Richland County Sheriff's Department in South Carolina for a Cessna 206.

Thanks for the additional information Bill. I'm still scratching my head why airplanes registered to a law enforcement group in Michigan, once operated by a South Carolina County Sheriff, and now operated by another group in IL is doing in Coolidge with German military jumping out of it? Oh well, I'm just glad these odd birds are around for us to photograph.
