One of the 8 F-18 Hornets that stopped off for fuel this weekend at WG.
This photo is resized from a 7731 pixel by 2703 pixel stitched photo.  The original shows much more detail than a single photo of the whole bird.   These stitched shots print out very nicely at 36" wide or larger.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Now that's different Joe...

Depending on punctuation, the caption could read several different ways.   ;)

I do not whant to sound like the Village idiot that I am, But can some one please tell me how/what an unarmed C-17 does at "Weapons school"
"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Joe Copalman

Same concept as what the A-10, F-15, F-16, etc. crews do at their Weapons Schools (advanced training in the latest tactics, how to best utilize their aircraft, how to train their squadronmates, etc), but as you correctly pointed out, no weapons.
