See what their payment policy is i.e. threshold, transfer fees, etc. They're UK based and what you might assume is in the fine print might not be. Also, consider the exchange rate as that can also affect what you end up getting paid, sometimes quite dramatically. Do they require exclusivity and if you decide to walk away how long do they keep your images tied up before you can have them back free and clear.

Got an email back from them saying to take a look at their sister site. It looks like they set up a site, a bit like ours where users can submit their images for review, comments, criticisms, etc. Then I suppose that they can use that and if they see someone outstanding they can invite them to the "Big leagues."
