I've finally managed to get around to re-branding my photography site.

You may notice a change in watermarks on some stuff but I actually like being able to use the AzAP Logo directly from Lightroom so I'll try and stick with that for posting here.

Jay, I really like the name and the banner is very nice, but I can see why you might want something simpler for the watermark.  I like it.

Yeah, the full-up logo works for me but not as an everyday thing...

It should work well on cards, etc but it's a bit much for general photo sharing.  Like I said, I still have the AzAP Logo for use here which is nice and it's fairly subtle with the opacity run down some.

I do need to make a B&W version of the new artwork though.  Thanks for the reminder!   ;D

Logo As Watermark:

Personally, I don't think it's too over the top but I wonder if I should remove the AI from the watermark version?  It could hit in odd places depending on the image...

Thoughts?

You know Jay I suppose you are gonna get conflicting answers from everyone but in my opinion I like the first one better bold ,simple and to the point ,it identifies that ,that great photo is yours and doesnt take away from the photo where as the second one seems to get in the way of the best part plus it might just be me but I find those types of watermarks annoying and this is coming from someone wh0 for years was viewing these pics before I picked up a camera ,but thats just my two cents

Fair enough Chris and thanks for weighing in.

I'm only on my iPad at the moment but I did make a different version where I replaced the AI with an "O" and I think it looks better.

I'll post it up in a little bit.

EDIT:  As Promised:

Other sources have mentioned that they favor the non AI version of the watermark.  I'm inclined to agree...

Despite very low opacity, the AI just is too noticeable Vs just an "O"

Anti-AI version not nearly as distracting to my ADD eyes.
