I've not spent anytime shooting airliners before. I confess to never shooting at Sky Harbor. Really enjoyed capturing some early morning images at LAX with Joe, Harvey and Jason - wonderful light. Thanks Joe for showing me the ropes. I'll be giving 'aluminum sewer pipes' more respect and attention in the future  ;D

Like Jeff, this was my first time shooting an A380.  I've long thought they are just incredibly ridiculous airplanes, and I still do, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't awestruck having one fly right over me.  The fisheye does absolutely no justice to the enormity of this thing.
