Here are a few of the Beriev BE-200 which came into Phoenix Sky Harbor at 7:02 tonight.  It was just about dark, that's the main reason these are not so great.  I was at ISO 1600, 1/320 at f5.6.  Best I could do with the available light.

Glad you got it!  Nice to see your photos.  You might not be all that thrilled with them, but they are way better than the ones I didn't get at all!  Thanks.

Question:  Did it ever show up on FlightAware?  I didn't see it listed.

Rob Silliman

I got almost the exact same angle as Bill, w/ the exact same settings ISO1600/f5.6

I never saw it listed - but the last time I looked was at least two hours before arrival.

I looked shortly after it landed and it didn't show up at all.

Sneaky Russkie bastards.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Hmmmm.  No flight plan.  Maybe it will file shortly before depature tomorrow.  Doesn't help a lot, but it could get somebody a shot at it.

Outstanding shot on the ramp.

Congrats on catching her guys. :)

Here's what I caught of the beast's departure from Rwy 07R.  I was hoping he'd use 07L to leave, but wasn't that lucky.  Assuming he wasn't carrying a load of water, the plane should have been pretty lightly loaded.  Which would explain the near rocket like departure.  Rotated early and was climbing to the angels.
