Well, unless my math skills are degrading at a faster rate than originally thought, it would appear that Mr. Youmans has produced the AzAP POTY for 2016.  Well done Scott.  An exceptional image for a multitude of reasons.  It contains the attributes and creative elements I would associate with extraordinary photography, especially in the aviation genre.  The image clearly shows off your talent and vision as an accomplished shooter.  Again, well done my friend.

A spectacular image!!!

Holy Mackerel Batmen and Batwomen! Thank you very much! And thank you Joe for doing some heavy lifting on the arrangements. I almost got zero photos on that flight for reasons I won't go into here but thankfully what I got turned out pretty well. Thanks again all.

Congrats Scott!  And another instance of "I was right next to you but totally missed this shot of an F-35 over sand dunes."  It's like you've got a third eye or something.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Nicely done my friend, great shot and a well deserved win, congrats!

Congratulations Scott!  Your F-35 image is awesome, and very deserving of being the 2016 POTY!

Thanks to all! There's something slightly comical about the POTY acronym. Nonetheless, honored to be the recipient.

Just be happy that we haven't gone with the original award idea which involved the use of a toilet seat.
