This is a great series on what few will ever experience.  Years ago, I spent a night on the Tarawa, an amphibious assault ship .  Unfortunately, flight operations were viewed from afar.  If only I had had a Go Pro when I was aboard, and jumping out of, various Air Force and Army aircraft.

I'm going to add a few on behalf of my nice who is out on the USS Stennis as part of one of her Summer cruise for the USNA. They were taken with an iPhone so please give her a small brake.
"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Thanks Jeff!  I have a few punches left to throw from my time aboard the Stennis.

A very clean shot Matt. With all the activity on the carrier deck this really stands out due to the lack of background clutter, very nice.
