Does anyone have any experience with either of the following scanners?

-Wolverine 20MP 4-In-1 Film to Digital Converter

-ION Pics 2 SD Photo, Slide and Film Scanner with SD card

A friend of mine who does not own a DSLR is looking into these two options for digitizing old family photos.  Any feedback would be appreciated.
