WOW Scott! Not sure how you orchestrated this composition, but I'm in awe. Absolutely excellent sir.

Thanks Harvey and Jeff!  I can tell you that hours of planning and 3 dimensional geometric calculations based on sun angle, wind drift, bank angle and turn rate had nothing to do with the composition.  I like to call it dumb luck.

513 Harrier over MCAS Yuma - You can see a row of 5 Hercs on the CALA with a space for one more. The one that's gone is the one from which the photo was taken.

Outstanding Scott....   I am in awe.   :)

"No plan survives first contact."  Still got some great keepers from this flight, this one included.  You really did get lucky with those clouds though.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

Thanks Jay! You should absolutely feel good about your images from Texas, they are over the top! I was going to comment that you've raised the bar so high I'll have to settle for creating second rate photos from now on. The warbirds have so much character and your capture and post processing skills have combined to create aviation images that are quite clearly among the very best.

Been meaning to get through some of these older photos... Only 4 years behind now!!

A sight that we may never see at Yuma again. Sure, the Boeing guys at OSH told me we'd see the 737 MAX testing here soon. But that's not quite the same as two 787's and a 747-8 -- All brand new! I was very lucky and got a tour of both the 787 and the 747 while they were here!!
