Nice and eager with the clamshells I see.

He actually had them open about 5 frames before this one  :o

Were the mains touching pavement five frames earlier as well?  I thought there had to be weight on wheels for the clamshells to deploy?

Nope they popped open the moment he touched down which tells me he had them armed and as soon as the WOW switch engaged they deployed.  He rode the the mains down the runway for quite a while.  Actually it was a very odd landing, he came is super slow and touched down way far down the runway then hot dogged it half the way down before setting the nose down.

Sounds A LOT like that hairy JPATS 737 that landed long at Tegucigalpa a few years back and almost ran off the runway.  Unfortunately, the video of the incident has been deleted from YouTube, but the photo that used to be linked to it (including bickering comments from former employees) can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/msvideopro/3264324474/

Yup!  That's the one.  Thanks for hunting it down, as the one I had saved as a favorite has been deleted.

No problem.  I just searched Youtube by the tail number.

Two things here.. first why not deploy spoilers to get it on the ground right away and second why not TOGA??

I'll bet a dollar if you listen to the cockpit voice recorder, all you'll hear for the last 20 seconds is:
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
"I Got It"
