The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

A few cargo movers from the morning of the 24th:
1. AmeriFlight Beech 1900C.
2. Capital Cargo 727.
3. UPS MD11.  Check out the condensation in the intakes and the vapor streaming from the winglet.  I'm guessing that that moisture (which produced a pretty noticeable haze for a bit) was the result of frost burnoff after sunrise.

Here is my take on yesterday's A330 arrival, plus a little fun with a Delta 737.

From last week, shooting with a couple of visitors from Tucson.

The first one is for Ned.  What kind of bird is this?
The second, I noticed the spec near the nose after taking the shot.  Looks like it's a C-172 flying the VFR transition.
Lastly, I'm going to assume this plane was nearly empty, considering where it's leaving from and where it's headed to.
