At Ft Worth last fall, they flew that jet in the #2 hole complete with baggage blivet!

The single-hole #2 broke as the team taxied out to perform and there wasn't enough time to remove it.

Matt, Nice to see a two-seater in T-Birds Paint.  Not sure I've ever seen a T-Birds F-16 with a centerline tank before.  Looks good with it.

Thanks Scott, I think this was the first time I have seen this too.

You don't concentrate on risks. You concentrate on results. No risk is too great to prevent the necessary job from getting done.

Judging by the scaffolding in this photo they are either restoring or tearing down the old tower at MCAS Yuma.  I fear the latter.  That would be very sad.

Scott, they are tearing it down.  I tried to get some shots incorporating the tower, this is my favorite of the ones I got.  Looks like all the ATC stuff will be handled from the civvie side now.

Joe, I was afraid of that. It has been condemned for quite a while but I was able to shoot from there a couple of times.  It won't be the same without it.  Red and white checked towers mean military aviation to me.  Probably built in the fifties.
