It is just FlightAware being goofy.  I have pictures back to 2010 and quite a few Azappers have photographed this and N703S (the other Sierra Pac 737).  

However, according to the internets, Sierra Pacific has acquired a 737-500.  So, we might soon be seeing the last flights for these 200s.
