I originally thought this was taken at DVT, but looking at the old aircraft in the background of the uncropped image, I think it might be Falcon. Is there a mountain like this visible from there? It would probably be to the northeast. This was taken in 1978.

Yes, in early 1978, which I think is fairly soon after the AZ Wing got it.
