Hawker Beechcraft to Request Review of U.S. Air Force Light Air Support Bidding

Not surprisingly, Hawker Beechcraft is now taking this to court.

HB claims the aircraft is "designed and manufactured in the U.S." which is a bit of a bending of the truth. It's a modification of the T-6, which is actually just a modified Pilatus PC-9.

The irony is that several articles I have read say that this program probably won't survive the upcoming budget cuts anyway.
