"Billy Goats" T-6 arriving in a dust storm at Scottsdale for static display for the Air Fair.

(Actually, most of the dust stayed to the east and we got very little at the airport.  It did make for some dramatic backgrounds though).
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

So much for the Noise Abatement at SDL.
"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Statics at air shows really aren't my thing, but as the crowds thinned, some solid angles presented themselves.

Nice shots guys. Teh internets is still down at my house, so I can't upload anything yet.

Where are the wheels-up shots of that Challenger from Sunday? Was it just Jay and I that caught that?
