JERSEY?  SURE.

79-1710 headed back to McGuire after radome damage resulted in a longer-than-planned stay at Willie.

Kind of makes the Air Tractors look a bit superfluous.  Although I'm sure the Air Tractors can get where this beast can't.

THE SOUND AND THE SLURRY
Powerful shot Joe.  Thanks for showing me the spot farther down the runway yesterday.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

You guys (Joe & Jay) did very well this afternoon on 911. Love the head-on Joe, 30C or 30L? While the Superstition composition is excellent Jay, you know I have a fond spot for the backside of aircraft images. Well done all the way around.

Thanks Jeff.  Solid shots, Jay.

This was 30C.  30L has 2500' or so shut down, so all the tankers were using 30C.  Initial clearance was given for 30R, so I adjusted for a more front-quarter shot, then the instructions changed to 30C again, so I off-roaded back to where Jay and Jack were, getting there just in time.  If you're headed out tomorrow, recommend having a scanner with you and keeping an ear on ATIS for any updates on 30L's status.
