It looks like there are x2 C-9s' in storage over by the Allegiant ramp.  Anyone know what the plans are for those aircraft?  Have these aircraft been retired by the USAF?

Yup.  Flew in from Scott AFB last week and will be stored at Willie for about six months before becoming part of the State Department's air wing.
