Nice Series Tom. I didn't get over there today, but have stopped in the last 3. Hard to beat that evening light.

Thanks Ross, I totally agree on the light at that time of day.

Great catch Jonathan and super pan shot.  I was out hiking nearby that afternoon and saw them pass overhead.  I had my camera with me, but obviously not the right lens...

I passed through the airpark this morning and caught four F-18s taking off, but had no camera. But there were three Harriers sitting on the ramp at Ross, so I blasted home and got the camera.







And this cute little kid was there with his mom and grandparents. He loved the planes, and was a friggin' whirling Dervish. I got the contact info from gramps and sent him a bunch of pics of his grandkid.
