The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Oh wow.  I thought you were being clever with the VMAQT title, but it looks like they've really gone full-time with the training mission.  The article I read really didn't say much about whether the other three VMAQs have been augmented to cover the gap of losing a deployable squadron.

Will be interesting to see if we get them out west, either at Yuma or NAFEC.

Great shots, by the way.  Light looks like it was a bit harsh, but you seem to have dealt with it pretty well.

Great shots Jay.  I've always liked the look of the Prowler with the canopies open.

That is because you are generally photography Prowlers out of the back of a 130; where opening the canopies might be problematic  ;D

BTW, nice work Jay.
