'Elvis' departing after a quick fuel stop. Has auxiliary fuel tanks and what appears to be a lifting rig installed. No firefighting water tank.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Dean and Sal taxiing to the restaurant to meet us for breakfast after getting back from FLG on a blood run in 81L. Check out the Nanchangs in the background getting ready to depart for SDL for the AirFair

Wow, that has to be one of the best-looking 140s I've ever seen.  Do those guys ever get out to Coolidge for the Fly-In?  I'd love to shoot 81L landing in the early-morning light out there.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

No I don't think Dean has been down there but maybe I can talk him into a flight there before it warms back up. he is based there at DVT and has a hangar on the South West side just a couple rows away from the CAP office.

Cheers,
Chris
