The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

The engines are so big that it makes the airplane look smaller than it really is.  Is the Dreamliner a 767/777 class airliner, or is it bigger?

I think I saw something somewhere that said 787 =

- 757 / 767 Class in terms of capacity
- 777 Range and Efficiency

That sounds about right, it was smaller than I thought it would be.

"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Paine Field (PAE, KPAE)

Overflow of 787s on Boeing's ramps (notice none of them have engines).  There must be close to a dozen 787s stashed all over Paine Field, and there are at least four more at Boeing Field.  Boeing keeps producing them, but they can't deliver until they are certified.
