Looks like an AIM-120C.  Shrike's last hurrah was in Desert Storm. 

I think some of the Werewolves' F/A-18s were still carrying Sparrows this Flag.  Kind of a weird sight.

I know this one has AIM-120s.  Other Vipers had the Shrikes (or whatever they were.)

They had very large mid-body fins and half-again larger in diameter than the AMRAAMs.  They were carried on the outboard side of racks where the OH bird above has the range instrumentation pod.

The pics were so poor I round-filed them but the missiles I saw were not AIM-120s.  Oh, and the F-16s that were carrying the mystery missiles had no tail codes!
