The perps at Luke did something monumentally stupid and compounded it by attempting to run down an armed individual.

There should be no comparisons drawn between that and what we do at the Guardrail in Tucson.  We're simply not an "invasive" threat out there.

For that matter, Contractor's Way really shouldn't be an issue either but I'll concede that spot for now under the banner of "Go Along to Get Along"
