Ha!  I have almost the exact same shot as the first one.  I mean, the crop is almost dead-nuts spot-on identical, just taken from a little bit closer to side-on and not as heavily-processed.  Great minds....

Joe - I can't believe you didn't feel my 100-400L resting on your shoulder when I tripped the shutter    I'm starting to look into the cockpit with greater interest instead of giving all my attention to the aircraft.

Yup.  Gotta shoot something when they're not moving.  Sometimes I like to tighten it up on the cockpit when they're taxiing in as well.

It's the old rescue-bird nose from back when they were still using the Fulton recovery system.
