Based upon the recent information from Joe and Chris Kennedy - I'd say no. This Talon has not undergone the "Propulsion Modernization". I don't see the "vented" exhausts or wider intakes. To me, the intakes seem to have the angle forward found on the non-modernized models. Let's see if Joe or Chris agrees.

Cool treatment Jeff.  38s bleed heat like nobody's business, can make for some artistic opportunities without getting too crazy in Photoshop.

Thanks Joe - they sure do put off the heat. Just compress it with a telephoto lens and vuala  ;)
