"You don't become a professional simply by earning certificates, adding ratings, or getting a paycheck for flying. Rather, professionalism is a mindset. It comes from having the attitude, the ethics, and the discipline to do the right thing — every time, all the time, regardless of who's watching."

Gorgeous shot, Scott.  Love the aggressive angle.  Pretty cool to see a rocket pod on a Harrier too.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Thanks Joe.  The aggressive angle was the result of editing rather than stick input on the part of the Harrier's pilot!  The subtle horizon was added to cover my tracks.  Interesting how a little turning of the photo can change the perceived attitude of the aircraft.  I first noticed that effect when I was trying to keep the horizontal plane of the camera in line with the direction of flight of a climbing airliner in order that the Mode 2 Image Stabilization would act entirely in the right direction.  The photo ended up making the airliner look as though it was banking.  I still use the technique sometimes but generally straighten the image to the proper orientation.
