Ross: The "Blue prong missile thing" on the Kfir is a AN/ALQ-188 Electronic Countermeasures pod. Several of the contractor aircraft in WTI were using these pods.

It's an ALQ-188 ECM pod.  Aggressor and adversary units (and companies like ATAC and Draken) use them to simulate threat nation jamming systems to give blue force players another tactical problem to solve or work around in large force events. 

And Ned, I agree with Ross.  Typically not a big fan of belly shots, but this one is fantastic.
