Saw this flying by my brothers in Pacific Junction, IA.  Offutt has KC-135's there, previously in the day saw a C-17 fly over.  I thought this was an Antonov at first but when I zoomed in it appears to look like an Air Force One, it has United States of America on the side, its just tough to see as I was shooting towards the sun.  I know its not Air Force One since the President wasn't onboard and wasn't near Omaha.

It's an E-4B.  Similar to VC-25/ Air Force One, it too is based on the 747 airframe.  Notice the additional smaller hump on the rear of the standard 747 hump.  Here's a similar model arriving at Sky Harbor a couple of years ago.  This one was carrying Sec Def Carter at the time.

"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."
