With a huge Thank You to both Anna and Rob for their assistance on this one...
Two shot composite with exterior lighting (three speedlights) + background ambient via an 8" overall exposure with a second image to add the green interior lighting which was via speedlight blasted in the window at camera right.

Nicely conceived and executed Jay.  Clearly, you put a lot of thought into this image.

Well done Jay and Harvey....

What a fun photo shoot.  Hangar 1 holds many nights more of shooting and experimentation.  So many different photos that can be setup.  Tons of opportunities to experiment with off camera, continuous lighting or flash photography.  Would love to shoot the hangars a couple times a year along with a couple outdoor shoots.

After watching Jay and Rob play with the set up surrounding the Kiowa, I have much to learn when it comes to the using the force (of off camera flash).

And Harvey I never once thought to shoot the Phantom from the side.  It makes quite the ideal portrait.

It looks like we got a few good looks that night.  Thanks all for coming down.  We will definitely do it again.  It is a bit more work and a bit more challenging than shooting outdoors, but there are still many shots to get.  We have options so we'll just have to decide what we want to do next!

Thanks for having us John, it's alway a good time shooting at your house!

Not surprisingly, you are all stronger shooters than I.  Making photographs in that setting would have quickly overwhelmed me and my marginal skill set.  We done one and all.
