Apparently what people have will still work, but no more updates or support.

This was pretty much inevitable when Google took over and eventually made them free. They have a history of dumping software.

Anyone here using this stuff?

I use it on just about a daily basis. Not every image gets the Nik wash, but most do. Very versatile set of software.  It was only a matter of time before this happened.

I use it for almost every image I edit.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

I use it as well...

Google is not the only company that buys software for the technology.  Pretty common practice.

They have not updated it in a couple years.

They just decided to make it official, with a press release, that it was no longer being supported.
