Brand spankin' new, right out of the assembly building.  The rudders are weighted with paint and are installed already painted.  The rest of the aircraft will be painted after assembly.

This guy seemed to wait until just about the last moment to lift the nose and get airborne.  Throw in a bit of water getting blasted off the runway, and I rather like this shot.
