Hmmm...a foreign publication that looks like it's crediting another entity.  That's a tough call.  I took a quick look to see if it was an easy call to determine if it's Robb Report of the Telegraph that is the actually offender.  Looks like it was from this most recent Christmas, but hard to figure out who the offender is.  I guess your course of action depends on how much you'd like to resolve the issue.  You could try a DCMA cease and desist, send the Telegraph an invoice or even the Robb Report an invoice?  Good luck and keep us in the loop on what you decide to do and how it pans out.

The Robb Report is a print publication.  Hit up the B&N in Scottsdale, they should have it on the shelves.  You can get the editorial contact info from the magazine itself. 

Have you done a Google image search to see where else that image appears?  There's an extension in Chrome that allows you to search for images.  It's seriously an awesome tool for the "forensic" part of tracking down unauthorized image use.

It could be. There's a couple that are similar. Also, Wiki took down the image I had up there. Anyone know how to decipher edit history on Wiki.

And even if Robb used it, I still get photo credit.

Wow!  I was pretty/highly skeptical that any contact with the pub would have elicited any kind of positive response.  Guess I was wrong on this too (was slightly in favor of the Seahawks on Sunday).  Two-for-two!

Congrats...hoping for a continued positive direction on this for you, but I'm still slightly skeptical on that final outcome.
