F-16A ,anyone know what country this bird is from?

Joe Copalman

Taiwan.  The 21st FS trains RoCAF viper pilots.

Thanks Joe I didnt know Taiwan was training there

No problem.  Pretty soon they'll be the only foreign squadron training at Luke.  The 425th is going to be moving to Tucson within the next few months.

Did you get those Wild Boar F-15s leaving?

I heard from a good source that the Danish Air Force F-16's are also at Luke this week.

CPasley where were you? There were a couple of us shooting on the fence line didn't see you.

I was at the fenceline where alsup ends going south from Northern ,I was heading where you guys were at but I got held up by a damn train at Northern and Grand so just as I passed the north end of the runway the '15's were lining up for takeoff so I kinda set in the back of my head that I would just sit where I was instead of getting nothing at all ,I wasnt completely dissapointed but looks like you had a slightly better vantage point and a hell of a better lens ,lol good job!

Jbong

F-15 take off from Luke.

I stopped by this morning on the way to work.  I saw two Eagles departing just before I got to the westend fence and two more were turning onto the active runway when I had to get on to the office.  The KC-10 as also spooling up on the ramp, so you all must have captured it after I left.  I didn't get one Eagle picture during their stay...bumner dude.

cpasley

yeah well thats what sucks about out subjects ,they cant stay still very long ,lol
