Saw two F-16's and two F-15's preparing to take off to the west earlier today. Got happy figuring they would be carrying live ordnance, but they threw me a curve and departed on 21L.

Anybody know what the deal is with this one? Not only is it missing most of the tail markings, but several of the fuselage markings are missing too. In the middle of a repaint maybe? It's not new to Luke. I have photos of it from a couple of years ago in full Emerald Knights markings.
