These guys were all over the valley that day.  I was at PHX and heard them transition the Class Bravo like, six times...

Even when they were flight checking our tacan he would have contacted PHX before entering class B south of Luke. Then they flew over to Scottsdale for fuel and lunch and then flew back to Luke to finish the checks at the AUX-1 airfield.
