I shot a little motorcycle action this morning out at Chukwalla in California.

Nice Jay. I completely forgot about it being last night. I was out on a hike and saw the full moon, huge on the horizon, and thought it was tonight.

I guess the moon is actually full tonight. I may go out with my gear and try to get a nice moonrise over Pinnacle Peak. The moon was huge over the peak last night.

This pictures is almost perfect for me. What I had originally saw was the moon in the top left, a small section of a rainbow in the middle, and a dust storm on the bottom right; however, I had my 55-200mm lens on my camera to get pictures of the aircraft, but 55mm wasn't enough to capture all three objects in one picture. So I had to go back for my 18-55mm lens, but when I came back, the rainbow had dissapeared but I still took this shot anyway. :)

Went out shooting this week and got this shot of my friend while he was using my 1858 New Model Army Black powder pistol. (Italian replica) Was very lucky with the timing, as my XTi's 3.5 fps burst isn't very fast.

Luck or not, it's an awesome shot.  I've got a an old 1920's model Winchester 1892 in .32-20 that still fires like a champ and gives off a ton of smoke when shooting.  It'd be great for something like this.
"I'm sorry sir, you can't take photos of that aircraft."

"If you've seen my work, you'd know I really can't take photos of any aircraft."

Nice image of the Hummingbird Rob. I've always had a devil of a time catching these speed merchants in-frame and in-focus.
