Time to clean the sensor. And I need to figure out how to tame the blown out area in the clouds.



I was in and out of the Canyon last week in about 30 minutes, thanks to storms. I was hoping they would be in the Canyon, but they came up behind me with lots of thunder and lightning. So, I went down to Flag for a burger.

Thanks guys. The 1D Mk IV and the 400 f5.6 are the perfect combination for flying raptors.

Ned, Have you had any experience using the lens with the Canon 1.4x III on your Mark IV?

Scott: No, I've never used a telextender with this lens. I typically have my 500 f4.0 with the Canon 1.4x on a second body for perched raptor shots.
