As far as I'm concerned, you guys can't post too many of these great F-100 images. Terrific job Ned. If memory serves me correctly, this is similar to the Super Sabre that Steve Canyon arrived in when I got to meet him at the ANG Sky Harbor. Very cool indeed.

Ned & Barry these are some great shots of an aviation classic. This is the first fighter aircraft I worked as a new air traffic controller in 1974 at Columbus, Ohio, now Rickenbacker ANG.

Harvey, they were old then!  We had them at Luke around 1969-70 as I recall.  You could see them easily from Litchfield Road, all camouflaged at that time.  LA tail code.

My dad said that when his squadron got 104's at Sky Harbor that the Tucson ANG got F-100's. This was very late 1950's - assuming his brainpan is still functioning accurately. Old is correct.
