Saw that this morning but I was too busy freezing to garner up enough interest to check it out.

The Legend of the Guardian of the Line
The Greek God "Linus" comes from the Greek name Λινος (Linos) meaning "leg."
In Greek legend, he was the son of the God Apollo who was accidentally killed when he stepped over the white line.

Short Final 25R Las Vegas....

Finally catching up from my week long stay in Vegas last month. There was some excitement as I was taking this pic. I went to the public park located on the South east part of the airport, I forget the cross streets. I figured it was a public park no hassles and was a great spot for getting arrivals. As I was taking this pic I noticed this fairly large guy walking at a good pace towards me, he didn't appear that he was really into photography and wasn't interested in talking shop other than maybe borrowing my stuff on a permanent basis. I started walking away and made a turn for the road nearby .I looked back and he changed his course  as well.. I made another turn and he did to. I made it to the road with lots of cars and proceeded to walk about 100 yards down the road and my follower had vanished. I waited a few minutes and looked around and there he was approaching from another direction. SO I go back the way I came and hustled my pace up. I go back to where I originally was and noticed that my follower had given up and left the park. Naturally my phone was in the car and was not close by. I hung out for another hour with no other excitement.Guess that would have been one way to replace the old 30D.
