During this WTI cycle the Marine Corps changed the exercise at Kiwanis Park.  Instead of doing a NEO exercise, they conducted a Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief exercise.  During the second wave, the CH-53s were carrying pallets of supplies that needed to be unloaded with a forklift.
