Yesterday was my first time shooting after my extended hospital stay. Feels good being behind the lens again.

Always an advantage living in the flight path of Sky Harbor.

Didn't have time to switch into shutter mode, but I can't complain too loudly...

1/30? Nice. I'm lucky if I can get anything below 1/100. Lol.

Northern Air Cargo (NAC) recently acquired a contract with DHL that has it operating in/out of PHX daily (Monday-Friday).  As a local NAC employee, I was recently given the opportunity to go over to Sky Harbor to watch the process in person and meet a couple of our pilots.  Originally, I was going to go out the following morning, and was planning to bring my camera to work.  But, plans changed, and I ended up going out the same evening, with only my cellphone.

The process starts with the DHL 767 coming in and getting unloaded, some of its cargo will be loaded on the NAC 737.
